Terms of sale

These terms cover every order on fjejka.com. They are a draft until the placeholders are filled and a lawyer has reviewed them. Moroccan Law 31-08 on consumer protection measures applies. Nothing here removes a right that law gives you.

Pieces are designed by FjejKa and printed on demand in Morocco after you confirm, with Todify. Each design is a numbered limited edition. Numbers follow the order in which we confirm. When an edition sells out, it is not restocked. A colour on screen can differ slightly from the printed cloth.

Prices are in MAD and include any tax that has to be shown. A delivery fee may be added. The total you will pay the courier is shown before you confirm.

Adding a piece to your bag is not yet an order. You place an order by sending your name, phone, city and address. We confirm it by phone or WhatsApp. The sale becomes firm at that confirmation. If we cannot reach you, we do not print it and you pay nothing.

Payment is cash on delivery only. You pay the courier in cash, in dirhams, after you have looked at the parcel. We do not take card payments on the site.

We deliver in Morocco only. Delay: 2–5 days. Fee: [TO FILL: delivery fee]. Delivery is free from 2 pieces. The delivery page has the detail.

You may cancel for free before we confirm. After confirmation, printing starts and the order cannot be cancelled, because the piece is made for you. If we cannot deliver for a reason that is ours, we tell you and we do not collect payment.
