The law

What we collect
For an order: first name, last name, phone number, city, address, the pieces you ordered, and the language of the page. For a drop alert, only if you asked: first name, phone, an optional email, and, for the diaspora list, a country. Your bag is stored in a cookie on your device.
Why
Orders are processed so we can confirm, print, deliver and answer you. That is necessary to perform the sale. Drop alerts are sent only with your consent. You can stop them by replying STOP or by writing to [TO FILL: email].
Who receives it
Our team, and Todify (todify.ma), the printer and delivery partner that produces and ships the parcel. We do not sell your data and we do not rent it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Drop-alert details are deleted when you unsubscribe. The bag cookie lasts 14 days.
Your rights
Under Law 09-08 you can access your data, correct it, object to marketing, and ask for deletion when the law allows. Write to [TO FILL: email]. We answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP.
Cookies
The cookie policy describes the bag cookie. We do not use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask before setting them.
Where the data sits
Order production runs with Todify in Morocco. The website host is [TO FILL: hosting provider], [TO FILL: hosting provider address]. If that host stores data outside Morocco, we will say so here once the host is chosen.
